The first Traffic Regulation Order (TRO1) went to statutory consultation in October 2009 and comments were sought from emergency services, public transport operators and haulage representatives. Following extensive informal public consultation, the formal phase of this TRO process is a public consultation, which will commence from 22 February until 21 March 2010.

Objections will be accepted during this 28 day consultation period and any comments received during this time will be considered.
